Edit Page Content
Controling content is made simple with our Text Editor and each of our modules is menu-driven.

Manage Files
Adding files is menu driven throughout the site, and you can create subfolders to keep your files organized. We support many file types including all Microsoft Office files, PDF, and Zip.

Manage Site Users
We support importing your membership and other contacts, and offer many different ways to refresh the list, including a direct connection to your member database in your office.

Customizable Registration
WebCenter includes the ability for unknown users to add themselves to your site as visitors. This feature helps you to allow non-members register for meetings, purchase from your store, or access other content where you want to capture their profile.

Assign Security Roles
We also support unlimited user roles that control what areas of the site each user can access. Each user of the site can be assigned one or more roles (i.e. Member, Board Member, Executive Committee, Staff, Volunteer).

Protect Content
As you create pages on your site, you define what roles are allowed to access it. It is very easy to create special protected areas for committees and other groups of people.

Form Building
WebCenter includes an easy form builder module that allows you to create and modify unlimited forms for data collection, like join forms, rsvp's, cencus, etc.

Use this auto-rotating picture gallery to organize and display your digital photos from meetings and events.

News and Articles
Display headlines for news or articles with a more link that leads readers to the full story. Articles can be timed to appear and expire automatically.
